The single axis tracking system manufactured by Baojia is mainly suitable for large-scale ground power stations. With high cost performance, it is widely used in equatorial areas. Compared with the fixed bracket, the single axis manufactured by our company can increase power generation by about 10% - 20%, and the reliable operation rate can reach more than 99%. The quality control center of Baojia consists of quality department, quality control department, and testing center. It has a strong technical force, completely professional equipment and advanced measuring equipment and analytical instruments. It also has comprehensive testing and analysis of product size, performance, and reliability, as well as abilities in analysis of mechanical properties (tensile strength, shear force, etc.) of raw materials, element composition, metallographic analysis, hardness, corrosion resistance, film thickness, etc. It also has a gear measurement center, which can complete the measurement of related parameters of the whole gear and a simulation meshing test. The testing center of Baojia also has self-developed special testing equipment, which can complete the reliability test of products. The testing center has the internal calibration qualification of measuring equipment, which can meet the internal calibration of daily measuring tools.
